The Threat of Spam and Basic Preventative Measures

Saturday, 04 March 2006 Justin Brown
Everyone who uses the internet has more than likely been targets of spam at one time or another. At first they are easy to dismiss for internet experienced persons, however for the inexperienced user of the internet, the messages contained can sometimes be intimidating and in some instances lead to trouble (I will come onto a personal example later).

Spam can take several forms; email and search engine spam are just two, but the one we will concentrate on in this article, and also the one you will, and have most likely encountered, is via email.

Spam can take several forms; email and search engine spam are just two, but the one we will concentrate on in this article, and also the one you will, and have most likely encountered, is via email.

Spam is defined as unsolicited bulk mail, much of which is caught in your “bulk” or “trash” folder found in your email service provider control panel. You have probably often seen a mass of these types of emails in you bulk folders when checking for email that you actually have consented to receive, as many emails are caught by spam filters even though they should not. The majority of spam you may receive will be of a sexual or gambling nature, however over the past few months I have noticed an ever-increasing number of scam emails asking for sensitive information, claiming to be someone they are not.
{mosgoogle}
Paypal and eBay scams are a prime example of these types of emails known as “phishing scam emails”. The email will be along the lines of:

“We have noticed an irregularity in your account details and require you to update them immediately. Failure to do so will result in the permanent closure of your account”

You can see how these emails can be pretty alarming to an inexperienced internet user who may only occasionally use the internet to sell or buy items on eBay for example. Some of the emails will look very convincing, and will use the images and symbols of the respective company, however be very cautious and take heed to the following important point:

If you are unsure of the legitimacy of the email, do not follow any link contained within the email to an external website. Instead, type the website address that you know is correct into your browser directly, so that you are safe in the knowledge that you are not using a fraudulent website.

Failure to do this may result in your account being hijacked by the scammer; it's as easy as this. You follow the link in the email to a website claiming to be, and also looking very much like one where you have an account. The website will ask you to input your username and password to access your account and voila, you will have now sent this information to the scammer, allowing them access to your account containing sensitive information about you.

Another type of email scam that has been very popular is where you are notified to be the very lucky winner of a lottery, even though you have never entered the lottery in the location claiming your success! This is where the example of a personal experience comes in. Many people reading this will be thinking “I'll never fall for one of these scams”, however the unfortunate reality is that many people will do so. An elderly relative of mine received one of these lottery scams from Spain, and then insisted on following up with the email scam, even though they had never even entered the lottery draw. The only stumbling block was that the bank account details required, needed to be sent by fax, which she couldn't do, and despite the frustration that this caused I of course refused to help send it.

There are measures that you can take to help avoid being targeted by spammers; a few have been mentioned here. However, in addition never reply to a scam email as it will notify them that the email address is live and also that you have read the email, leading to further spam.

Of course there are many other threats from spam that are not discussed here, such as viruses and trojans being sent via email attachments. More details on spam can be found here: http://www.spam-blocker-online.com.

Justin Brown owns and runs http://www.spam-blocker-online.com where visitors can find spam blocker information and purchase anti spam software and books. He also runs an automotive site where you can sell or buy any used cars online.

What Do I Need To Know To Have A Website Online?

Monday, 06 March 2006 Bueford Copeland
With the growth of the Internet and the possibilities for increased revenue for existing businesses and opportunities to start home based businesses for business opportunity seekers, more and more individuals and businesses are looking to develop an online presence.

With so many web hosting banners and advertisements with action words such as “Own Your Own Website”, “Instant Setup” and “Become a web host” one may began to think that all I need is a credit card and an Internet connection to have a web presence. But is that all you really need?
Before you take the Internet plunge lets look at what it takes to get your website online:

Who will design my website?

This is a very important step in your online endeavor as it will be the end result of all of your research and work.

There are a few options that you may want to consider:

- Pay a Web Designer – This will allow you to have a custom built website complete with all of the bells and whistles that you would like. While this option is the most flexible it can also be the most expensive. Custom web designs can start at $99 for a 5 page website to thousands of dollars for a website of 20 pages or more. Do your research and ask to view a company's portfolio, and ask for references before you decide.

- Website Templates – Website templates are pre-built websites complete with graphics and pre-built pages. All you will need to do is make a few changes to the graphics to add your logo, and replace the existing text on the pages with your own. You can download free templates from several websites that sale website templates. You can Google “Free Website Templates” and you should have a pretty good list to get you started. If you would like a larger selection of possible templates you can expect to pay from $29 for a standard template to upwards of $100 for a premium template.

{mosgoogle}

- Site Builder – A few years ago website builders were considered web based applications that built very cheesy sites with huge menu buttons on the left or top with huge banner headers. These sites were for individuals that wanted to have a website NOW! Or individuals or companies that absolutely could not afford to have a website designed by a professional. There has been a dramatic change in this area of website development. Today there are website builders that will allow an individual or company to build a professional website that rivals one built by a professional. You can usually pay a monthly price to use the site builder starting at $4.00 per month with web hosting included. Small Businesses and individuals can now have a professional site that will allow their company to project a professional image on the web and with a price that will not send them to the poorhouse. This is worth a look.

Who will host my site?

This will be the most important decision you make regarding your online presence as this is your online infrastructure. Your web host will store your WebPages on their server for potential clients and customers to access and view. Your host must be reliable, have a solid support system should you need assistance and their servers must be connected to a network that is fast and stable.

How will I know which web host is the best?

There are many web hosts on the internet. Many web hosts will offer a great deal of hard drive space and bandwidth for a very low price. Don't be swayed by these offers. To start you will not need more than 5GB (5000 mega bytes) of disk space and will require no more than 250GB (250000 mega bytes) of bandwidth. If you require more your web host should provide the ability to upgrade almost immediately. Your web host should not be chosen by how much they offer or by their rock bottom prices – a web host should be chosen by there support infrastructure and your ability to contact them when you need them.

Try calling their support phone number or email their support and test the response. A 24 hours response is acceptable for non-emergencies and if you should have an emergency you should have the ability to contact your web host via phone.

Establishing your presence on the Internet can be very exciting so enjoy yourself but also do your research before you take the plunge.

Web Hosting:Where to Start

Monday, 06 March 2006 David Bell
There comes a time in the life of your business when you determine e-commerce may benefit the future health of your company. It is then that you decide you

need a website presence. It may be that what you know about web hosting could be written on the back of a postage stamp, but being the enterprising sort, you

log on your favorite search engine and type in ‘web hosting'. It comes as a surprise that there are more than 200 million potential sites to review.

The first site has great graphics and promises things that you don't even understand. You see the price and move on to the next service that catches your eye

and matches your budget.

The plans you see listed on most web hosting sites look very similar. They provide details on web storage and transfer rates. They will also provide tier

pricing and a variety of web tools. After awhile they all begin to look alike, but are they?

If this is your first time at website development you may be very happy with the first site you work with until you have technical issues. It's at this point that you begin to learn whether or not your web host provider has the ability to stand by their promises.

The problem is, not all web hosts are created equal. Hundreds of frustrated customers have horror stories about downtime and lack of promised or nonexistent support.
{mosgoogle}
What if you could take the guesswork out of selecting a web host for your small to medium sized business?

XplanHosting is a cutting edge of web host and they continue to raise the bar for other web hosting sites to aspire to.

XplanHosting is keenly aware that it is what happens after you select a plan that really means the most to you. After all, what good is a website if no one can access it?

That's why XplanHosting provides 24 hour tech support geared to the needs of the customer. Support is easily obtained using either phone support or email.

Hundreds of businesses already trust XplanHosting and while the reasons are many, customers rely heavily on the 100% uptime guarantee. Xplanhosting is so committed to this guarantee that they were compelled to install a 235,000 watt diesel generator along with special modifications to their hosting center to assure your web-based clients are never disappointed in a failure to connect. We all know that if a customer can't log on they can easily find another supplier with a few clicks of a mouse.

Unlike other web hosts, XplanHosting also places a mandatory limit of domains that each of their customized servers can host. It is not uncommon among other hosting sites to find 500-1000 domains on one server. XplanHosting allows no more than 256 domains per server preserving the overall health and connectivity of the site.

The technology used by XplanHosting also works to help avoid traffic jams by rerouting online traffic away from high internet traffic areas making the transition between your site pages as seamless and responsive as possible.

Many hosting sites demand long term commitments of six months or more. At XplanHosting you will find it easy to leave if you need to. The month to month contract is designed for ease of use, but it also demonstrates XplanHosting's commitment to the quality and value of their service. Should you desire a longer term contract, XplanHosting rewards you with an attractive discount.

Even first time users will find the variety of templates appealing and user friendly, and monthly fees start as low as $5.95.

XplanHosting is proving that low costs and high expectations can be achieved and they have satisfied customers to back up their claims.

Because time is always an issue, XplanHosting provides tools to make the administration of your new website virtually hands-free. Functions such as account creation and billing can be automated. A practical web interface lets your technical staff take care of your XplanHosting system from any internet-ready computer.

It may be difficult to know before you sign up whether a web hosting company is going to be there for you and if they are there for you, will they take care of future hosting issues or will you have to go it alone?

Designing A Website That Sells

Tuesday, 07 March 2006 Christina Shutie
Would you buy meat from a grocery store that left the bad meat in with the good meat or wasn't clean? Would you buy a car from a sales lot that had totaled automobiles on the front lot? I wouldn't and neither would you. Your website is your grocery store; your car lot. You must have an atmosphere that is pleasing to buyers. One that tells that buyer that you are not an amateur, but instead a trained, seasoned professional. Your site is a direct reflection of your product and that is why that having a well designed website can make or break your sales.

The first thing to keep in mind when designing your website, is “surfability”. Take a few minutes a look around at several web pages. What makes them appealing? Were there some that you closed out of immediately? Why? Take notes and do your research. Keep in mind that when a person visits your site they have a goal in mind. They are either seeking information or shopping for a product. Give the person what they want without having to search for it. Be sure that all the information on your site is relevant to your product. Make the buyer think that they need your product to solve their problem.

Your main page serves a very specific purpose. It should be an avenue by which the customer can shop your site. It should be easy to view and load very quickly. This is your first impression and we all know that first impressions can either close the deal or loose the deal. Make it simple. It is best to have links that are easily viewable by the reader that will navigate them to where they want to be. Tables are often a great choice when deciding on a way to design the main page of your site. Your main page should load very quickly, chances are if it takes the page more than ten seconds to load even on a 56k modem, the customer will click away to save time, hoping to find the information or product elsewhere. To increase the loading speed of your main page you should avoid large graphics or excessive graphics. To many banners or special effects can cause a page to load slowly as well.
{mosgoogle}
To make your web site more appealing to the eyes, you should stick to mild colors. If your site is a content site where the user will be doing a lot of reading, it is best to stick to black and white. Color can be added when using tables, as a way to brighten up the page, but remember to keep the overall look of the page professional and appealing to the audience that will be visiting most often. Since screen resolutions vary among monitors, it is a good idea to set the pixels to a standard 800x600. You may also choose to set the tables in your web page to span a percentage of the page rather than a set number of inches. This will be sure to accommodate all screen sizes. You should remember that a lot of Internet users will not use the same browser as you, and therefore you should be sure that your site looks as good on other browsers as it does your own. You can do this by downloading several browsers through which to look at your page.

Be aware of the fact that the overall look of your website is a way to make money. The appearance of the site, if designed properly, can be an excellent marketing strategy for your product or service.

Importance of W3 Standards

Tuesday, 07 March 2006 Paul Smith
When the Internet first began its boom, the technologies used in design were forgiving. W3-Compliance wasn't as necessary because there were fewer browsers, fewer users, and overall fewer technologies in use. With the burgeoning popularity of the internet, new developmental tools are created daily. With these tools come new challenges - marketing, design, cross-browser transitions, etc. All of these can be a daunting task for those web gurus who aren't well-versed in the W3 Standards. W3 (w3schools.com) is a resource for webmasters and programmers who want the most for their viewing public.

There are numerous technologies used by programmers (ASP, PHP, and Javascript to name a few), but this article will focus solely on XHTML and CSS. W3 has a set of standards for both of these technologies, and making a website W3-compliant ensures that most all viewers will see the site exactly the same way (no matter what browser they're using). Validation also helps with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) because clean code means easier search-engine spidering.

Cascading Style Sheets, or CSS, is a technology often used in sites with many pages to make aesthetic changes easier. The style sheet is an exterior file that runs interdependently with the HTML (or outputted HTML) of a site. The style sheet serves as a template for the entire site's color and font schemes, while also controlling borders, sizes, and more. Being able to edit a single file, instead of 100s of changes in many files saves time and precious web design dollars. Validation is imperative to get the most out of a website. That is, a user can upload or copy-and-paste their CSS file to the W3 site, and they'll be given a list of any errors it contains.
{mosgoogle}
Another of the technologies becoming more popular is Extensible Hypertext Markup Language, or XHTML. XHTML is an extension of HTML 4.0, and, while in its infancy, has become quite prevalent. XHTML conforms to standards moreso than HTML. As such, it is more search-engine and user-friendly:

- XHTML documents conform to XML. XML Tools can double as XHTML tools.
- XHTML is an extension of HTML 4.0. It is more user-friendly and streamlined than HTML.
- XHTML is a combination of HTML and XML in that it can run scripts and applets that use both the HTML and XML DOM (Document Object Model)
- As XHTML grows, XHTML 1.0 documents will be able to interoperate among other XHTML documents making it a more browser transitional language.
(Source: www.w3.org)

To conclude, using the standards of web development lined out by the W3 is imperative for users to get the most out of a site. Often, making a webpage W3-compliant is the first step of SEO, a marketing tool to get the most out of your advertising dollar. Validation is easy, and can be completed if a user has a basic knowledge of HTML-editing and FTP (File Transfer Protocol). Using these tools, coupled with the set of W3 standards can save a lot of money and help the site's overall functionality.

Is a Web Site Builder Right for You?

Tuesday, 07 March 2006 Lucila Duchesne
A web site builder can be a real life saver to someone without advanced HTML knowledge or tools. Web site builders allow a relative newbie to the internet create a professional website in very little time. How can you know if using a web site builder will meet your needs? Here are some things to consider...

Do you need a unique, one of a kind website?

Almost all web site builders restrict you to their premade templates. Because of this, there is a risk that your website will look like other websites on the internet. For many businesses, this is not important. With millions of websites out there and billions of potential eyeballs visiting your site, the only way a template is a real risk is if your competitor is using the very same web site builder system and chooses the very same template as yours. Still, for some business owners, a unique template is important. If a unqiue template is very important to you, you may need to consider the services of a web designer instead.

Do you plan to make lots of changes to your web site?

One of the strengths to a good web site builder is the fact that you can make changes to your website yourself without needing a web designer's help. For instance, if you own a retail store and your stock changes regularly, you may want to change your stock online to reflect what's new in store. With a web site builder, this is easy to do. Without a web site builder or a good content management system, making changes will usually involve website maintenance costs for your web designer to go in and make the necessary changes. At so much per hour, and lots of changes, this can add up to a significant expense at the end of the year.
{mosgoogle}
Is access to a web site builder worth the extra monthly or yearly cost?

When you know that you want to be making lots of little or not so little changes to the text and images on your website, a site builder is well worth the expense. Consider what it would cost for you to hire a professional web designer to first create the web site, than to make regular changes to the site. These costs can easily run into the thousands per year. A good web site builder costs much less than that.

Need a quick, no nonsense approach to building your website? A web site builder may be just the things you're looking for.

Having The Best Web Hosting Plan

Monday, 06 March 2006 Webmaster
If and when you're interested in starting a business online, there are a lot of things that you have to study first before you can rightfully expect a high ROI or return on investment.

First, you have to make sure that your company website has a user friendly interface which basically means links are visible, easily located and properly labeled and that the content provided in the website is complete, interesting, effective and grammatically correct.

Secondly, there's the little matter of search engine optimization or SEO which requires you to employ a number of strategies that your company website is heard and seen by the right people. Common search engine optimization strategies would be keyword listing, site code optimization and top search engine placement.

And of course, we finally come to the main theme of our article: web hosting. No matter how great your website looks or how effective your SEO strategies are, if you don't have the right web hosting plan, none of those would see the light of the day because your web hosting plan simply prevents them from being properly uploaded and viewed.

Web hosting is integral to your plans if you want your website to have its own niche in the Internet so do read carefully what we're about to teach you.

You have mainly two choices when it comes to web hosting – you can get it for free or you can spend for it. Naturally, it would be lovely if web hosting would be free for all of us but understand that all the needs of your company website must be met by the free web hosting plan if you want your future to look rosy.
{mosgoogle}
In order to determine whether your company website could do well even with a free web hosting plan, here are some key issues to address.

Are you willing to put up advertisements that may take too much space or would have an irritable effect on your readers? These ads are often required by free web hosting plans because it's the only reason they can continue letting people enjoy free web hosting.

Are you okay with low bandwidth access and minimal web space? Because of these constrictions, you may not be able to create a website that's exactly to your liking.

Are you capable of some basic software troubleshooting? Most free web hosting plans do not offer any free live customer support so you might be forced to solve a problem or two on your own when something wrong happens.

If you're not ready for the situations enumerated above then perhaps it's better that you go for a post paid web hosting plan so that all your worries would be over.

Google Page Creator : All about Google Page Creator

Monday, 06 March 2006 Razib Ahmed
Google has taken the cyber world literary by storm again with its new product called Google Page Creator. Google Page Creator is a very simple but effective tool that will allow virtually everyone to have their own website at free of charge and without having any technical knowledge. You can create your website in your browser without the help of any other software. The initial demand has been so high that Google was forced to stop issuing new accounts.
Signing up

When I tried to sign up in Google Page Creator, due to very high demand Google had stopped providing new accounts. Of course, I felt discouraged because I always like to see Google as the never ending source of information for everyone. Google asked me to submit my email address so that I remain in the queue for Google Page Creator. However, after 5 minutes I again tried and this time to my sheer delight I got the account but again felt disappointed that Google Page Creator does not support my browser (Opera). So, I entered Google Page Creator with Internet Explorer and this time it opened very well.

Things to note : * http://pages.google.com is the homepage of Google Page Creator

* A Gmail account is a must if you want to get Page Creator

* Explorer 6.0 or Firefox 1.0, or higher, with JavaScript and cookies enabled- Then you can work with Page Creator.By signing up with Page Creator I got a sub domain from Google (http://ahmedrazib.googlepages.com/) with a capacity of 100 Megabyte. For me it is so interesting to note that for signing up I did not have to fill up any form. Just my Gmail was enough. Even I did not have to spend anytime for selecting a url for my sub domain. I did not have to do any email verification. I am sure this process will attract many users in Net.

{mosgoogle}

Help section of Google Page Creator

Before doing anything, I visited the help section. I spent 10-15 minutes to read the topics and I was totally satisfied to see that the topics were written in very easy and non Technical English. It provided the necessary information about Google Page Creator. Then I visited Google Page Creator Help Center . It was written in a very easy manner too. The troubleshooting tips are useful too for a new user.

My first page in Google Page Creator

When I saw my home page Google Page Creator I felt like working an Microsoft Word and MS Frontpage. There are places where I should just click and then type something- It is just as easy as that. No download, no support from any other software. Just type some words and hit the publish button- that's it. If you are not satisfied with the Layout then you can change it within a minute. There are 4 kinds of layouts and all you need is to just click on one of them. The same goes for the Look too. If you are not satisfied with the Look of your webpage then there are 41 Looks to select. I liked some of them while the others did not appear to be very impressive to me.

My first Picture Google Page Creator

There is an option for uploading a picture. You can upload by two ways: you can select an image from your PC's hard drive or you can give a url of any picture from Internet. Both of them worked pretty fast.

Adding a page at Google Page Creator

After I finished my home page I wanted to add a new page titled About Me. The process is almost same like working on the first page. After I finished creating the page I really felt that Google has been able to overcome the biggest challenge of allowing everyone to have own website at free of charge.

Will my page be found in Google Search

Yes, it will be because Google has informed in its website that within a few hours of my website being created by Google Page Creator it will crawl and add to its search. When something gets indexed in Google, other search engines wont waste time to index it too.

What next for Google Page Creator and Google?

Google Page Creator is surely one of the biggest revolutions in ICT sector in recent times. Google Page Creator is a giant step in overcoming the problem of ordinary users to make an online presence without any technical know how. By it Google entered into the web hosting industry and the best thing with Google Page Creator is that any website created here is supposed to be blessed with unlimited amount of bandwidth.

Difference between Blogspot and Google Page Creator

Google's Blogspot is very popular among everyone and there are thousands of blogs hosted in Blogspot. In Blogspot, a person needs some basic ideas about webpage design and HTML but in Google Page Creator anyone with the ability to browse Internet through Internet Explorer and Firefox will be able to create their own website.

No ads in Google Page Creator

I am not sure about it yet but I did not see any ads of any company including Google after uploading my website. If this continues, then Google will dominate the market of free websites. I have seen many of my students and friends to get annoyed from Tripod and Geocities about advertisements and gradually losing interest about free web hosting altogether. I am sure that Google Page Creator is going to influence the writing industry a lot in the coming days.

Finding the best host for your company's needs

Monday, 06 March 2006 David Smith
So your business has decided that it is time to make its presence felt on the internet. You have your all your information ready, and you may even have created your website and it is ready to go live on the internet.

The next step is to find a web hosting provider, but how do you evaluate web hosting, and then make a choice on which provider to pay your hard earned money too?

Choosing the correct host for your company's needs is a very important step, if not the most important step when taking your business online. The host you choose is responsible for placing your website online, and keeping it there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is nothing worse for a business to have a website that is not accessible by your customers, if your site is not online it has the potential to cost you a sale, and also sales in the future, if a prospective customer attempts to go to your website only to find it offline, the chances of that customer ever returning again are very slim.
Ok, so what should I look for in a web host?

There are several factors that you will need to evaluate before making your short list of hosting providers, below I will outline the most important aspects that you will need to cover.

1. Firstly you will need to evaluate the requirements of your website. Will you need shopping cart facilities, what type of content will your website be providing, what methods of payment will you offer, you will also need to think in to the future as well, will you need the ability to expand the site, taking a business online is a very big step and should be a long term step as well so you will need to think long term with your planning. Write a short list of what your website will require to properly function.

Details you will need to account for. Disk space and bandwidth. Disk space refers to the amount of storage your web host will provide you to store your website. You will need to account for the current size of your website now, and also allow for what disk space you will require in the future as your website grows.

{mosgoogle}

Bandwidth refers to the amount of data (pages, files) served from your website to your customers, if your website will be subject to high traffic, you will need to take the amount of bandwidth the host provides.

Also you will need to check what programming languages your website will require, languages such as PHP, Perl/CGI, JSP, Cold Fusion and ASP may be used on your website to perform certain functions, your chosen web host will need to support the programming languages that your site requires.

Now that you have a list of your requirements, it is time to narrow down your list of providers that support all the features required.

2. Contact each of the hosts you have on your list, confirming what they offer and if it meets your requirements, also ask for a list of references you can contact, some of the best information about a web host can be gleaned from its customers, the question you should ask an existing customer is; "how reliable is the host?". This question is the most important; it refers to two things, reliability of their hosting when it comes to serving of your website, and also refers to reliability of their mail system. Reliability of their mail system is just as important as serving of your website.

3. Technical support, test it out, call the web hosts technical support line at various times of the day and check how long it takes to get through to support staff, also send technical support an email to test how long it takes to receive a response. If you are on hold for 30 minutes waiting to talk to support about a problem with your website, that is 30 minutes that your site is offline, and also 30 minutes of your own time wasted with which you could be performing more productive jobs.

Finally you should choose a host that meets your expectations and with whom you feel comfortable with, approach choosing a web host the same way you would any other major business decision, because after all it is your money paying for the service.

A good Website is something related to user experience. This experience is the "effect" (the wow factor) your site has on visitors, and good effect means something, which becomes memorable in the visitor's mind. To make it memorable we require good content, graphics and user-friendly navigation.

A Website experience is great when it is useful, desirable and impact. So here are some points for consideration before designing Website

Goal and target - Goal of the Website (site's purpose) and who is the target audience?

Context - Layout, design (user-friendly layout) and color schemes.

Content - Text, pictures, sound, and video (must be useful information which achieves goals and interest to your audience).

Community - How can the site enable user-to-user communication ?

Customization - Site's ability to tailor itself to different users to allow users to personalize the site.

-Use focus and emphasis on the main product.

-Good interactivity engages the user and makes your site memorable.

-Easy to find information.

-Provide valuable, timely information to the user.

-Provide keywords for search engines (search engine optimization).

-Provide a search option within the site.

-Contact information should be easy to find and preferably visible on all pages.

-Updates should be made regularly to give users a reason to return to your site.

-Proper programming with no broken links.

-Provides copyright information.

-A good Website needs to be able to be viewed in whatever browser or service the customer is using, so cross-browser and platform compatibility together with accessibility features for the disabled are a must.
